4. A welcome was extended to all those present by the President, and he
extended his sincere appreciation and thanks to Dr. Anna Steinberger
for her efforts on this year's annual meeting.
5. The Secretary read the minutes of the Council Meeting held in Nashville,
Tennessee on 24 March 1978 and the Interim Council Meeting held in
ltiami, Florida on 14 June 1978. A motion was presented to accept these
as v~itten and the motion was passed.
