Enclosed please find copy of the Progress Report received from
Dr. Bartke. If he needs six (6) Manuscripts for every issue, it is
my feeling that he will be short. I could be mistaken. The October
dateline could be covered by publishing the Abstracts to be presented
at the forthcoming meeting, however, unless Bartke receives a lot of
Manuscripts soon, I have little hope for the Journal.
I frankly think that a big campaign has to be initiated 0 The
Members of the Publication Committee "rill do some of it. But we vrill
have to devise other means also.
