A collapsed wall after the first building fire at Old Main in December 1900. A large amount of rubble is at the base of the large open space in the wall. Smoke is still present inside the burned out building wing.
A representation of a buffalo minus the face stands before the Kappa Kappa Theta house. The sign in front of the figure reads, ""Cyclone scrambles buffalo."" This lawn display won first place in the Sorority Division.
Construction work continues on the original library building. The exterior of the first floor is taking shape while the upper floors are still framed. A construction office appears in the lower right corner.
