Cy the ISU mascot is dressed as a doctor and Jayhawk mascot lies on doctor's table with a football lodged in its head. There is also an attached toe tag reading ""Kansas: Dead on Arrival"".
The Alpha Delta Pi lawn display for 1953, features a large scaled fish. Separate letters in front of the fish read, "" M U - big catch in the I S Sea.""
