Dr. A. H. Camel,
Iowa State College,
Department of Botany,
My dear Mr. Camel:--
I wish to thank you for your favor of recent date, and am very glad to know you are receiving the packages of Fungi. Three packages of one hundred each have been sent you, others will follow. I am glad that Dr. Melhus is taking an interest in them and I am sure that both yourself and him will find some very interesting things in them.
Nearly everything that I am sending you has been reviewed by Doctors Ellis, Everhart and a few by Dr. Saccarbo.
With sincerely good wishes and kindest regards to Mrs. Camel, I am,
Yours most sincerely,
G. W. Carver
