My dear Prof. Pammel,
We are just planting Okra down here, so therefore I cannot any of the green plants for at least a month, and up to date I have been unable to find the dry stalks, I will continue to look and if I can get any will forward them to you with pleasure.
With sincerely good wishes to yourself, Mrs. Pammel & children.
Yours very truly
Geo. W. Carver
P.S. I think Prof. Pammel that you owe me a visit. Cant you come this summer?
