Dr. L. H. Pammel,
Ames, Iowa.
My Dear Professor Pammel:
I have your favor of October 7th asking for fifty specimens of our most prominent weeds. I shall take pleasure in collecting these specimens for you myself as I can do so in passing around here and there.
I looked for you at the meeting which was held in Atlanta on the 7th. I saw Professor Curtiss and Professor Bissell whom, of course, I was glad to see. Sorry I did not see you. I had a very pleasant time.
I am always glad to render you any assistance within my power. With very best wishes for your family,
I am,
Yours very truly,
